Minimum Order Quantities
Items purchased online have a one-case minimum order requirement. Different product lines may have different minimum requirements. Package quantities and minimums are subject to change without notice.

Payments for E-Commerce
Purchases from our ecommerce store are by credit card only. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Credit card will be charged immediately after the order is processed.

Shipping for E-Commerce
All products ship F.O.B. Cranford, NJ. Items will ship via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Service which takes 1-3 days depending on your location. There is not an option for expedited freight delivery or alternative carriers within the online store. We currently ship only within the continental U.S. We are not responsible for the delay of the freight carrier or safe transport of the goods. All goods are shipped at the customer’s risk. Lost orders and damaged boxes are the responsibility of the freight carrier; The buyer must file a claim for damage in transit or lost packages with the carrier. Goods insured by standard carrier coverage only.

Cancellation Requests
Most online orders will ship within 12-24 hours of receipt, therefore cancellations can only be approved by a customer service representative, and cancellation fees may apply. Please call (908) 272-4054 with your Order # ready to request a cancellation. Please do not email us to request a cancellation of an online order. If an order has already shipped out and a tracking # has been emailed to you, it cannot be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation or deferral of delivery on an order, buyer assumes immediate liability.

Return Policy
Items purchased from the online store are not returnable unless defective. Returns are only accepted with a Return Authorization from a Customer Service Representative, and are subject to a restocking fee and return shipping charges. Returns will not be accepted more than 5 days after the order is received. Please call or email us for more information.

Samples Through the Online Store
Samples are not available through the online store. You may fill out the Sample Request Form to request a free sample piece before placing your order. Samples are usually free of charge but may be subject to shipping fees or lot charges depending on product availability and destination.
Ensuring the product works for a specific application is ultimately the responsibility of the purchaser. If buyer does not request samples or declines samples for evaluation, their request to return an online order will be denied (unless product is defective). The selection of diameter, thickness, and length of the packaging are key considerations. Our sales staff is ready to assist you with your requirements, understanding dimensions, and measurements. Sample requests are processed daily. If the request is for one of our stock sizes available from our warehouse, it will be shipped out the next business day. If the request is for a custom part, or a size not in stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative sample options and/or lead times.

Sales tax and tax-exempt status
Only customers with a ship-to address in New Jersey are charged sales tax. If a buyer’s account is tax exempt, the tax code cannot be changed until a tax exempt certificate has been received.

Lead time E-commerce
If your online order is placed before 12:00 pm (eastern time) on any business day and the items are all available and in stock, typically it will ship that same day. If the order is placed after 12:00 pm (eastern time) and the items are available and in stock, it will ship the next business day. If any of the items on order are unavailable or out of stock, we will contact you the day the order was placed to discuss lead times etc.

Pricing
Prices stated on our online store are subject to change without notice. All prices are expressed and payable in U.S. Dollars only.

Billing E-commerce
E-commerce orders are charged immediately at time of order submission.

Changes to your E-commerce account profile
Please note that address changes will not apply to orders already placed.

Errors
Typographical and clerical errors are subject to correction. If you notice any errors on an order placed, please contact us immediately.

Warranty
In lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, seller warrants to the original customer that all products shall be free from defects in material or workmanship at the time of shipment. Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy is limited to either a repair or replacement of the defective part or product or return of the product and refund of the purchase price. Seller shall have no obligation or liability under this warranty unless it shall have received prompt written notice specifying such defect no later than one month from the date of the shipment.

Seller makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, each of which is expressly disclaimed herein.

Limitations on Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, (1) In no event shall seller be liable for any indirect consequential, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including, without limitation, any damages measured by, or premised on, lost profits, revenues, savings or lost business opportunity, loss of use of any product, equipment or other property or asset, cost of capital, cost of any substituted equipment, product or service, downtime, injury to property, reputation, or relationships with existing or prospective clients, arising out of or related this order or the products, even if seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and whether based upon contract, negligence, strict tort, statute, or any other legal theory and (2) the total cumulative liability of seller arising out of or related to this order and the products, shell not exceed the total price paid by the customer in respect of the products giving rise to the claim, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and even if advised of the possibility of such damages, the existence of more than one claims or suits shall not expand this limitation.

Indemnification
Orders shipping directly or indirectly to California may require Proposition 65 warning labels. Customer acknowledges that they are familiar with the provisions of California’s Proposition 65 and customer expressly assumes all responsibility regarding compliance with Proposition 65. Note: Seller is not obligated to provide any documentation on this unless specifically requested by the purchaser.

Customer agrees that it will hold seller and its material suppliers harmless from all liability, claims, and demands for alleged Proposition 65 violations, including all costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) associated with defending any legal claims due to Proposition 65 violations.
